This is for a simple hosted site such as Squarespace, WIX, Weebly, WordPress, etc., where you are picking out an existing template and largely living with it. Some slight changes are OK. If you have existing logo material, we can use that to to integrate your color profile and identity package.
If you need more intense customization, you want to utilize a shopping cart or you need a large number of photo galleries, etc., then the price is going to go up a bit.
For most of these types of sites, I will try to keep it to around $100 per page. If you have a large number of pages that are set up the same and are very repetitive, we can come up with a more equitably priced solution.

This is for a self hosted WordPress site where you install the WordPress engine yourself and have complete control of everything that you want on the site. You can download the WordPress application at WordPress.org.
Typically, when you use a hosted site that has some type of content management system, CMS, there are limitations placed on the end user. You can’t always do exactly what you want and have to live with the limitations of their installation. When you host your own website, on a paid server that allows you to load whatever you want, you will have much more complete control over your site.
If you find that the hosted sites, are too limited for your tastes, setting up your own CMS is the way to go. While I think WordPress is one of the best options for you to choose to work with, there are others. Joomla, Drupal

For example, there are a number of different shopping carts for the wine industry that come with their own proprietary CMS.
